Work Party:

SUNDAY 28th April
Work location: Ebridge – map to WP location HERE
Meeting time & location: Volunteers to meet at The Unit, Spa Common – 09:30hrs
Objective: To clear growth near the spillway.  Repairs to swimmers access area.  General grass cut around site.
Notes:     

 Anybody wishing to volunteer with the Trust, we ask that you undertake an Induction.

If you wish to volunteer at our work parties there will be a Health & Safety, Risk Assessment briefing to be arranged and at a mutually agreed meeting time.

All dates are subject to the canal owners confirmation.  There may be changes to the dates as the year progresses and/or additional parties added.

Please get in touch by email if interested in helping as ‘safety gear’ needs to be arranged for all volunteers.      

The Trust welcomes new volunteers to help in all areas of work including:

the maintenance of canal banks – grass seed sowing – tree and shrub cutting – maintenance and repair of canal structures  and the maintenance of trust mechanical equipment

Please follow requests from our volunteers who will only ask you to move if you or your property are at risk.
